Questions
About photos, the AI, cropping, returns and privacy.
Previews take 30–60 seconds. Prints go to the printer a few minutes after you order; framed prints ship in 5–7 business days, other prints in 3–5.
A straight-on photo from the curb in daylight, with the whole front of the house in frame. Avoid cars in the driveway and strong shadows. Old prints and scans work for memorial and childhood-home portraits.
Yes. Each portrait is AI-made from your photo, and you see and approve the exact print file before anything is printed. We label previews and products “AI-made from your photo” so it’s always clear.
Yes. After you upload your house, add up to two pet photos (one pet per photo, clear and well lit) and we’ll paint them sitting in front of the house in every preview, free. People in pet photos are left out, and pet photos are deleted after 30 days.
Yes, before you order: on each product, drag and zoom your portrait until it looks right. What you see is exactly what prints, so take a close look, because prints go to the printer right after you order.
We use it only to make your portrait. Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days (a year if you order), or sooner — just email hello@curbappealstudios.com. We never use customer photos to train AI or in ads without permission.
Printed products ship within the US for now. Digital downloads work everywhere.
Yes — licensed agents can try one digital download of any house they choose, free. Request it on our agents page with your work email. We verify every request, usually within one business day, then email you a one-time code to use at checkout.
