Refunds & Reprints

Digital downloads ($19)

• File doesn’t work or never arrived: if the file won’t open, is damaged, isn’t the portrait you picked, or you never got the download link, tell us. We’ll send a working file, and if we can’t, we’ll refund you in full.
• Changed your mind: if you haven’t downloaded the file yet, ask within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full.
• Once a file has been downloaded we can’t take it back, so we can’t refund a change of mind after that.

Printed products (framed prints, posters, mugs and ornaments)

You approve your print at checkout, and it goes to the printer right after you pay, so printed orders can’t be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind. Take your time with the crop before you order: what you see is what prints.

If we can’t make or print your order (for example, a problem with the file on our side), we’ll tell you and refund you in full, including shipping and tax.

Free reprints

If anything you ordered arrives misprinted or damaged, we’ll reprint it free, including shipping.

• Email hello@curbappealstudios.com within 30 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a photo of the problem (and of the packaging, if it was damaged in shipping).
• You don’t need to send it back.

If we can’t reprint it, we’ll refund that item in full instead.

If your package is lost in transit, email us and we’ll work with the carrier and our print partner to reprint or refund it.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection laws.
